Neighborhood Cat Advocates online reporting form
Hello! We are Neighborhood Cat Advocates, a volunteer organization in Chico, California. We trap, spay/neuter, and return (a process known as "TNR") feral and unowned cats in Northern California.

Our mission is to reduce and possibly one day end the severe overpopulation of unowned cats in our community. As of October 2020, our organization has TNR'd over 9,000 cats - we won't stop until we've reached our goal of no more homeless and unowned cats in our community!
